Sandy (groom's mom) cut her finger right before and was rushed to the ER for stitches. She made it back with new accessory.

Weekend home

I did a last minute trip home to see Rocky and Jared get married. I spent the early part of the day running errands and got my hair done. This picture is me (with no make-up) playing with Cokie at the car wash. She is taller than me now.

Light trouble

I came home one day and my bedroom lights would not turn on, but the fan worked. I figured since they all went out at the same time I didn't bother changing the bulbs because I was sure there was an electrical short.
So I grabbed a string of Christmas lights. Arg came home and tried to see if he could fix the problem. He pulled the cord at the base of the fan and the lights came on. Whoops, I am so short I never thought to check that. The cleaning lady must have done that when dusting.
Arg hates the Christmas lights but I like them.

Going to work out. Hit up Meg's place for coffee. Grab a few thing at the Market and at some point change the clocks.

Welcome March! February is supposed to be the shortest month of the year but this year it took it's sweet time. So March..........no real big specific plans, aside from some movies I am excited to see. I am just waiting for this year to be over and done with. Until this year is over I continue to mistreat small children. Sorry Mason.

Sunday Funday

So today Zuma has Puppy Spa Day. With her occupied the whole day in Harker Heights gives me time to run a few errands. I'm just glad she is getting a bath.
It is really cold out today. I'm looking forward to grabbing a nice hot latte and a good book. I may go see a movie depending on the show times.
Tonight my show is on HBO so I have that to look forward to this evening. Big Love! Last week was a bit of a cliff hanger.

Hello weekend

Weekend is finally here. Last night went to Meg's for movie and Mexican food. I am pretty sure I over ate because I felt awful when I got home. We watched "Vicky Christina Barcelona" I really liked it. Penolope Cruise was great, I totally get why she won an Oscar for it.
Before the movie Mason decided to put on my boots and necklace....I think we have a star in the family!

How Boring was your day?

Typical boring day at the office. Had to get dog food, and rawhide bones for Zuma. Just realized just how much i spend on dog food a year, $414.84 (this includes kibble and baby food). I don't evn want to know how much I spend on treats and rawhide.
Anyways... The highlight of my day... going home snuggling in my bed and watching Heroes.

Over worked and under paid

At work right now. Just spent an hour in a PAINFULLY boring staff meeting. I guess it could be worse... not super busy but my God! Will 5 o'clock never come!?
Need to go to the market after work and fill my tank with gas. I wonder how many items i will forget to get when I go. I never seem to remember everything even when I make a list. Always end up with a few things I didn't plan on getting. If you missed Kath & Kim last night you really missed out. So funny!
Ok....3:26pm. Longest day ever!
For the record Kari was a mistake and I was not conceived in the back seat of a Ford Fiesta.

ok, finally got a blog. not a whole lot of energy going into it tonight. fighting a cold and rocking a headache. gotta get some extra sleep. besides scrubs is a rerun. no reason to stay up.
